Fay Alexander’s last presentation was made (at the age of 94) in Ocala, Florida, for the 84th Meeting of the Society of Mayflower Descendents in the State of Florida, on Nov. 19, 2021 hosted by the William Mullins Colony of Ocala. The Mayor of Ocala declared that date “Mayflower Compact Day.”
Fay spoke with the assistance of her oldest child, Bill Alexander, about the motive and research of her historical novel One Candle’s Light. Many delightful folks were dressed for the part of their own ancestor or a favorite Mayflower Pilgrim.
